Anyone know if you can get a sidebar for Windows 7 like Vista? Really want my daily bible & stuff back on the desktop. Thanks :)

You mean those widgets that run on the desktop?

Yeah, they are stuck to the side of the screen. I had a clock, daily bible verse and a thing that let me listen to Air1 radio on it in Vista.

I only use the weather channel one. I don't use too many.

I tried those last night but when I downloaded the files nothing happened after I opened them, there's no program to run them. Thanks anyway.

I'm not sure this is what you're looking for, but it's an option.

Windows 7 doesn't have a sidebar like Vista did. gadgets just live anywhere you like on the desk top. To install some, click right mouse on the desktop and chose gadgets from the menu, (last but one item.) You can slide basic ones off the window onto the screen and there is a link to get more gadgets and there are a huge number.

If you download a gadget and double click its icon gadgets should open and install it.
