The burgers from last night were so big we only had one each - leaving 4 not cooked that I can make tonight. Hopefully there will be some cheesecake left for dessert too, but DS2 is home so it's a toss up if there will be anything left or not!

Went to DS1's house for marinated pork chops, cubed potatoes with onions and beans. DS1 is turning out to be a pretty good cook (DDIL was working).

Shrimp on the barbie and grilled veggies. Fresh fruit salad and we're now enjoying a G&T.

Last night, I had two big bowls of homemade beef stew, a salad with homemade dressing, and a slab of rum-raisin bread pudding. Tonight I will make up for it with a Michelina Light entre and, maybe, a salad.

OK, so tonight we had sirloin steak on the grill plus grilled asparagus, grilled potatoes, grilled cauliflower w/parmesan cheese and fruit salad. And I'll either have a dark chocolate blackberry ice cream bar for dessert or some chocolate we brought back from Switzerland.

My husband's out of town so I'm having leftover sirloin steak, tortilla chips and fruit salad. Oh, and a G&T while relaxing on the front porch.
