Father,
Today I'm thankful for your love that has chosen me. I'm thankful for the sacrifice and blood of Jesus that has reconciled me, and washed me white as snow. For my family and loved ones you have blessed me with Lord. For my job, home, cars, and all the rest of your provision. Also for this great nation the USA that I've been blessed to be born in Lord.

Thankful for answered prayer. I had asked the Lord about a fence that was worn and falling down that divided my house from my neighbors. We had tried to repair it, but it just seemed like nothing would keep it up, it was just rotting, but kind of expensive to put up a whole new fence. It was important to me because the neighbors are sort of wild over there and that fence was all that separated us from them, it made us feel a little more safe. A little over a week ago, I came home to find the old fence gone and a new fence in its place. I didn't even lift a finger, someone did it as a gift, and I just thank God for it every day. It may not mean much to other people, but it means a whole lot to me.

I'm thankful that recently when my polydactyl cat "Flossie Darling" needed to go to the vet, my church stepped in and made the financial arrangements.
Thankful for all my new doctors & nurses at a local private hospital.
Thankful for tomorrow's church Family Camp---I'm going to spend one day out of four there.
For a nice place to live; despite the ongoing recession, Jesus has me in safe harbor.
For Visiting Nurses Association, whose dedicated employees are a source of help to me.
For the fact that God will work out getting me a dentist, despite my currently not having dental insurance.
That I can walk, talk, see, hear, think, pray, etc.
And I'm thankful that Autumn is nearly here!

I'm thankful . . .
That today is about 15 degrees cooler than it has been.
That I was able to drive to my church's Family Camp and had an enjoyable time.
For devotionals I receive & read on my computer; (in)courage, etc.
That Women's Bible Study (Beth Moore's Breaking Free) starts next Monday night!
For brothers & sisters in Christ---on this website & worldwide!
